I’ve found flute breathing also useful when riding a motorcycle with a full face helmet on a cold day. It works. Read more

My wife is making cloth masks, and she made one for me and I tried it without the top metal band, and then she added one to it. It works okay, but it does not stop the fogging. I am not sure exactly what flute breathing is, but making a conscious effort to breathr down does help. Read more
